Called this place yesterday about using a load dock to get my bagger out of my truck bed. The guys here didn't hesitate to help and when we got here to unload they even helped get the bike out. 100% satisfied with the customer service here, not only with this but every other time I've come in to check stuff out.
Don't bother going anywhere else. I was in the market for a new side by side and checked around for the best price. They beat every dealer I called. Bob was awesome to work with and really took good care of us. The customer service here is top notch. They even stayed past closing to make sure our new machine was properly strapped down. Well worth the drive.
We had a great experience with Yamaha Motorsports! Our family wanted two Yamaha jet skis to start using this summer at our cabin and Yamaha Motorsports made it happen!! Bob, Brent, and Brenda were kind, friendly, and easy to work with. They kept us updated on the status of the jet skis we ordered and they even let us know of other options that became available sooner, which ended up being an even better fit and arrived quickly. We ended up purchasing two jet skis and a trailer from them. They were very professional and knowledgeable and they gave our family a thorough explanation about the watercraft we purchased - how to use them and maintain them properly - which was super helpful. Bob literally went the extra mile(s) for us and we appreciate it!!! 😊
We had Brent and his team put a new motor on our pontoon and work on the transom. Brent and his team said it would be there a little longer than a week and 6 days into the replacement we had it back and all the work was exactly what we needed to have done. The staff in the shop were great and very informative when they walked us through the new motor and how to break in the new motor. They are no pressure sales!! I will refer him and buy from them again in the future. This location is worth the drive to buy from them!!! Thanks Brent and Team you were great!
It's too bad that the review scale only goes to 5 because this dealership is a 10 in many ways. Knowledge of the product, customer service before signing a purchase agreement, support staff expertise during the purchasing process, friendliness throughout the process, attention to all of my concerns and to the detail of the transaction, and the unbelievable technical support and assistance I received. The rigging of my unit was done with the utmost of attention and meticulate detail. They are tops in customer satisfaction! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in their products.
